JAMES COLE
James started his small business journey in 2009 at Cleveland State, graduating in 2011 with a Business Administration degree with an emphasis in accounting. He also received a certificate in Advanced Accounting and recognition and membership as a Phi Theta Kappa Honors Society member. James continued his education at Tennessee Wesleyan in Athens, TN, earning his B.S. Degree in Business Management in 2013. He received Cum Laude honors recognition.
Immediately starting work with the Summitt Family, who owned several businesses and rental properties in Chattanooga, James assisted with tax, accounting, human resource, and general management for all their organizations. In 2016, James purchased equity in DBS Tax, expanding the business into Cleveland TN with great success.
James and his Cleveland team have since stepped away from DBS Tax and are very excited to have recently opened Cleveland Business Services. With a bright and exciting future ahead, James and his team invite you to be a part of it.
BRITTANY CHILDERS
Brittany graduated from Cleveland State with an Associates in Finance, then went on to Tennessee Weslyan, graduating with a Bachelor's in Accounting. With three years of experience, and growing, she is passionate about helping out businesses or any individual with any tax or bookkeeping needs.
Outside of work, Brittany enjoys spending time with family and friends. She enjoys taking those small moments to relax with cross-stitching. She also enjoys getting a decent workout at the gym when the time is available. She knows that accounting can be a little taxing, but she believes that it's always a good day to have a good day.
BETH DIFEBBO
Beth is detail-driven, with a keen eye for pattern recognition and a passion for delivering top-notch customer service. Beth joined our team in 2022. She meets every challenge head-on and consistently brings creative solutions to the table.
When she's not crunching numbers, you can find Beth jamming out to her favorite tunes, embracing her inner nerd, and having fun with her husband and 3 beautiful children.
Jessica Hayes
Jessica hold a degree in Business Administration and Accounting, showcasing a solid foundation in financial management and strategic business practices. Beyond the numbers, I am deeply passionate about family and cherish quality time spent with loved ones. When not immersed in financial spreadsheets, you’ll find me in the kitchen, perfecting the art of baking and exploring new recipes. An enthusiastic learner, I am always eager to expand my knowledge and embrace new challenges, making every day an opportunity for growth and discovery.
Tony Rosencrantz
Tony is a natural problem solver with a keen eye for detail. As a dedicated and detail-oriented professional, he excels at spotting patterns and crunching numbers to find creative solutions. When he's not conquering complex challenges at work, Tony can be found pushing his physical limits as an avid high-altitude climber and ultra-runner.
Kim Ingram Davis
Kim joined our team in 2025, bringing with her over 25 years experience in business management and consulting. In addition to strong organizational and bookkeeping skills, she also packs expertise in digital marketing and website development. She very much enjoys helping small businesses grow and make the most of internet. Beyond work, Kim enjoys spending time with her amazing friends and growing family.
